Microtel Suites
Initially Microtel brought BlueMap in to help obtain solar bids.
BlueMap quickly saw we could go beyond this and help green the hotel
overall. We conducted a detailed analysis of MicroTel"s product
consumption, and then found lower-cost green alternatives for each
item. BlueMap also found ways for MicroTel to:
divert 3 dumpsters worth of waste,
save 53,000 gallons of water, and
save hundreds of dollars on its energy bill.
As a franchisee, Microtel Modesto knew some measures may require
approval or a waiver. For each of those measures, BlueMap made sure
to arm the franchisee with the data to determine whether it was worth
the effort, and if so, to make the most compelling case to
headquarters.

Anderson Valley Brewing Company (AVBC)
BlueMap's Eco-Impact Report identified significant annual savings for AVBC by:

Sandbox Suites
BlueMap helped Sandbox Suites become a certified green business through the San Francisco Green Business Program.
We achieved compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations along with implementing energy
efficiency, waste minimization and pollution prevention practices.
BlueMap handled all the implementation and paperwork from start to finish, including drafting a comprehensive company policy manual to the specifications provided by SFGBC, designing posters and reminders to implement best practices, and pricing needed.

BlueMap consultants assisted in the development and
launch of an online sustainable supply chain platform
called Aravo Sustain. Global retailers use Aravo Sustain
to manage their suppliers':

risk management, recycled or energy-efficient supplier

Among the deliverables, BlueMap
consultants developed the Marketing Requirements Document
(MRD) for the Aravo Sustain product which included workflows,
scenarios, full strategic marketing overview, key functionality,
business case, and organizational structures.

Insite Compliance Services
Insite is a social compliance/social accountability auditing services firm that conducts independent, 3rd party human rights, and environmental compliance audits of factories abroad on behalf of domestic companies seeking greater transparency within their supply chain.
BlueMap consultants were engaged at the start-up phase by Insite to developed the mission, vision, and goals for their sales, marketing, and IT/auditing groups.

In Ticketing Inc.
In Ticketing is an environmentally friendly and socially
responsible company providing full service box office
and customized ticketing solutions to venues, theaters,
sports teams, and festivals globally. Blue Map consultants
worked with In Ticketing's sales, marketing, client
service, and operations teams to systematize a number
of business processes, which included:

Creating a sales information templates for presentations
to In Ticketing's potential clients. The results were
a quicker response time to prospective clients which
not only shortened the sales cycle, but also allowed
the sales/business development teams to be more efficient
in selling new clients instead of spending time customizing
responses to new client information requests.
