Brandon Conard
Brandon is BlueMap's Managing Director. He leads the research and analysis group, specializing in the quantification of the cost and benefit of alternative impact reduction solutions. In addition, as a sustainability consultant, Mr. Conard brings significant greenhouse gas estimation experience to BlueMap, having managed the inventory efforts of multiple clients. As an attorney, Mr. Conard also understands the changing regulatory and environmental policies that are impacting companies in every industry.
Oren Jaffe
Oren helps BlueMap's team create corporate responsibility, environmental,
and sustainable supply chain programs for our clients. Oren also
co-founded EcoTuesday , a structured monthly networking event for
sustainability/environmental business visionaries around the country.
Previously, Oren worked for Bureau Veritas (BV) Consumer Products
Services, a multi-billion dollar global risk management, health &
safety, environmental compliance, and social auditing corporation,
where he managed the social compliance division.
Jimmy Udall
Jimmy consults with organizations interested in creating sustained, systemic improvement centered on ideas adopted from the Toyota Management System. Mr. Udall has worked extensively challenging senior leaders and front-line managers to create better, more robust organizations through incremental, yet persistent, improvement.
Account Managers:
Chris Connors
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Western Connecticut State University. Prior to BlueMap, Chris was Vice President of Operations for Service Systems Associates, a national food service and retail management firm specializing in the zoo, aquarium, and museum industries. He is an experienced operations and green building professional with a successful track record of turning around unprofitable businesses and start-ups through project management. As a LEED AP and Certified Green Building Professional, Chris brings to BlueMap his specialties of energy and water efficiency, clean technologies, sustainable supply chain, and employee training.
Meeta Roy
Meeta graduate from San Jose State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining BlueMap, she worked with Monster Cable and National Semiconductor. At BlueMap, Meeta works closely with clients to ensure projects are implemented successfully and all goals are met.
Struan Vaz
Struan graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and has worked in the High Tech field for 7 years. Before joining the BlueMap team, Struan spearheaded sales initiatives for a number of startup companies, and he recently relocated from Texas to California to be ahead of the curve in America’s green revolution. At BlueMap, he combines a passion for sales with a rigorous high tech foundation and a commitment to sustainable living.
Environmental Analysts:
Josh Amaris
Josh holds a Bachelors degree in Biology from St. Johns University in Minnesota. He is currently pursuing both an MBA and an M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco. Josh has previously worked to manage organic community gardens and as a researcher of plant pathogens that cause Sudden Oak Death. At BlueMap, Josh loves coming up with useful and creative ways to use what traditionally has been viewed as waste. He approaches his research with an understanding that in nature all waste is an input to something else.
Drew Behnke
Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Drew's interests lie in developmental economics and environmental economics, and he has been conducting research at UC Berkeley since Spring 2008 in these fields. At BlueMap, Drew is an environmental analyst and has enjoyed finding innovative ways for BlueMap clients to save money.
Andrea Hart
Andrea is originally from South Carolina and has her BA degree in Environmental Studies from Skidmore College in New York. Andrea worked previously with Costa Rica’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy Administration to improve visitor satisfaction in Poas National Park, and conducted research while assessing the environmental effects of urban development in Samoa. At BlueMap Andrea enjoys finding creative solutions to daily environmental issues such as office or home energy consumption, and researching new environmental technology.
Cassandra Mceuen
Cassie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands in Biology and Environmental Studies. She is currently attending the University of San Francisco for a Master’s of Science in Environmental Management. In the past Cassie worked with the United Nations “Millennium Project” in Rwanda, Africa to help the development of local water system efficiency. At BlueMap, Cassie enjoys researching conservation of natural resources and land use planning.
Brielle Plump
Brie graduated from the University of California, Davis where she earned her Bachelors degree in Communications. Prior to her work with BlueMap, Brie assisted corporate and non-profit agencies in SF and DC playing roles public relations and community development. On her college campus Brie worked for the Student Affairs office where she wrote newspaper articles, hosted social justice related events, and organized student advocacy. She enjoys helping BlueMap edit and update their promotional material while conducting conservation research and reporting the findings.
Amit Patel
Amit holds a degree in Finance from San Diego State University and Nanyang Tech University in Singapore. Amit’s background includes starting a non-profit promoting company as well running a digital consulting start up in San Diego. He recently moved to San Francisco to be at the center of the green movement. At Blue Map, he enjoys researching and writing about creative ways for companies to save money through sustainable business practices.
